Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.Help prepare event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.Answer questions and provide helpful information to attendees.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.Maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.Assist with lead generation and customer engagement activities.Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.Comfortable interacting with customers in person.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.Previous event, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
