Event Ambassador (Holiday Season)

About the Role

The Event Ambassador is responsible for providing service and assistance to all event guests while supervising interactive areas by maintaining crowd control, line management, traffic flow and overall safety of the guests during Dazzling Nights™ at Leu Gardens in Orlando, FL. This is a seasonal/temporary position with an expected start date around November 14th for the duration of the show dates through January 3rd.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to ensure Memoir quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lb.
• Reasonable accommodations will be made to allow differently‑abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Willingness and ability to step into other roles on the event site after appropriate training, including ticket scanning, parking, and other general event staffing duties.

Schedule

Seasonal/temporary role for a minimum commitment of 7 weeks (November 14 – January 3). Additional hours are available beginning October 19 and continuing until January 15. Approximately 25–30 hours per week. Must be available for evening shifts beginning at 4:30 pm and ending at 11:30 pm. Work will occur at an outdoor event location, including active construction or production settings.

Pay

Starting rate of $18.00 per hour.
