Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit.
• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in delivering care.
• Manage the unit according to company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values towards residents, families, customers, and staff.

• Leadership skills, either through experience or willingness to learn effective management techniques.
