Unit Manager Evening RN

About the Role

We are seeking a Unit Manager for evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM, Monday - Friday) to lead a team and enhance patient care. This role offers leadership opportunities, allowing you to mentor a team of nurses and shape the future of healthcare while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses during evening shifts.
• Enhance patient care and outcomes in a Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care setting.
• Manage situations to ensure positive outcomes.
• Uphold service standards, including sincere appreciation for everyone, hearing needs and responding quickly, and a caring approach in all actions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years of nursing experience required; prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
