Evening Receptionist
Position Overview
Greet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming manner
Provide superior customer service to current members and prospects
Check members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questions
Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members
Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
Create 2-3 social media posts per week
Create content for a monthly newsletter

Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer service
- Evening shift availability (3pm-7:30pm Monday - Thursday)
- Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
- Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
Compensation
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Position Overview: As a BODY20 Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

Qualifications: Passionate, positive and detail oriented person that can talk to anyone
Someone who enjoys teamwork and wants to be a part of a world class fitness company
Someone who would go all in on an 80’s themed workout and might just drop and do a burpee for fun
