Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills And Qualifications Active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.Active Nevada RBT registration through the Nevada Applied Behavior Analysis Board (NVABA) required.Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to pass a background check.Reliable transportation to client locations.Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.Dependability and commitment to consistent attendance.Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction.
