Evening or Night Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a nurse with a passion for care to join our Skilled Nursing team. Our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Client Needs

• Albrightsville-based client (child): Experience with (or willingness to learn) caring for a child with Type 1 Diabetes, Autism, and non-verbal communication.

  Hours available:

  • Mondays and Fridays: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Sunday through Thursday: 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Sundays: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and/or 11:30 AM to 7:30 AM
• Albrightsville-based client (child): Experience with (or willingness to learn) caring for a child with mitochondrial metabolism disorder. Requires both home and school accompaniment.

  Hours available:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform hands-on care with autonomy in the home
• Build client relationships and track milestones

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (transcript or diploma required)
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
• MAR-EPA certification

Schedule

Traditional shifts available: 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours per day.
