About the role
LPN/RN Evening Nurse Supervisor position working Monday through Friday at RegalCare at Greenfield. As a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents and patients, administer medications, perform vital signs, document patient information, participate in developing individualized care plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, demonstrate empathy and respect, and maintain accurate records while communicating effectively with teams and families. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information

Requirements
- Current LPN licensure and CPR certification
