Evening Medical Front Desk - Ridgefield Part Time

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Ridgefield location. To be successful in this role, you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families
• Collect co-pays and obtain and complete insurance information
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Multitask and work well with others as part of a team
• Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred
• Experience with Epic preferred
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors
• Strong computer keyboarding skills
• Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas
• Must have and maintain an activated smartphone that receives text messaging and/or ability to use required apps such as authenticator apps for multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Candidates must be available for a full-time training period lasting approximately 4–6 weeks at the start of employment
• Evening differential of $3.00/hour after 5:30 pm

Pay

Hiring range: $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour. Placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Pay range: $17.31 - $24.24.

Eligibility for benefits begins on the first of the month following one month of employment. Compensation packages and time off programs vary based on factors such as department, position type, primary work state, and FTE.
