EVENING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

About the role

EVENING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks in support of facility operations. This role requires strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and perform repairs as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of work orders and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Pay
