Evening LPN Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining a safe and supportive living environment for residents.
• Maintain and monitor the care of residents according to individualized treatment plans.
• Document all responses to care plans accurately and timely.
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
• Ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively.

Pay

Base pay in the range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.

Schedule

Part-time and full-time schedules are available.
