About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and contributing to the design and development of innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements to existing systems.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and mentor junior team members.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and experience with full SDLC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
