Evening Janitorial Inspector - Bilingual

This is a part-time, hourly evening position covering the Tulsa Metro area.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular nightly route schedule
- Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route
- Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards
- Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors
- Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings
- Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends
- Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
This position is safety sensitive. If selected, you will need to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Pay
- Hourly wage of $19/hour
- Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month
Schedule
- 20-30+ hours per week
- Flexible evenings Sunday–Thursday, between 5:30 pm–1:00 am (most inspectors work 6:00 pm–12:00 am)
