Join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions of OKC as a Part-Time Bilingual Evening Janitorial Lead! If you have an eye for detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness, we want you to help us keep our clients' facilities spotless! As a Part-Time Janitorial Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing Independent Contractors, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. You'll enjoy the satisfaction of ensuring that our customers are happy with the cleanliness of their spaces. We believe in creating a positive work environment, where teamwork and support are at the forefront. This position will cover the Oklahoma City Metro area.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular nightly route schedule
- Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route
- Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards
- Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors
- Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings
- Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends
- Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check (Safety Sensitive position)
Pay
Hourly wage of $17/hour
Benefits
Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month
Schedule
Flexible Part-Time hours between 5:30pm to 1:00am Sunday‑Thursday; 20‑30+ hours per week. Assigned evenings are flexible; most Janitorial Leads work Sunday‑Thursday evenings. Assigned work hours are flexible, between 5:30 pm‑1:00 am, with many working 6:00 pm‑12:00 am.
