Bilingual Evening Cleaning Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Bilingual Evening Commercial Cleaning Manager to oversee nightly operations, support employees and supervisors, ensure quality standards, and help maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and communicate with cleaning staff, supervisors, floor techs, floaters, and managers
• Train and coach new employees to ensure success
• Conduct inspections and follow up on requests using mobile apps
• Handle nightly call-offs and ensure all buildings are properly covered
• Help solve operational and staffing challenges quickly and professionally
• Review and approve employee timecards accurately

Qualifications

• Bilingual In English & Spanish
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Problem-solving and time-management skills

Schedule

Full-Time Evening Position
Typically starts between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and finishes around 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM depending on operations.
Weekend availability may be needed as necessary
