Evening Janitorial Cleaning Technician (Lonoke)

Job Description & Responsibilities

• General office maintenance, including: trash removal, dusting, cleaning and restocking restrooms, break rooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, window washing, picking up trash outside, and changing light bulbs.

Position Requirements

• Reliable, responsible, and a self-starter
• Show stable day-job work history
• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be neat and cleanly dressed and groomed

Background and Drug Test Required

Background and drug test required. Applicants who have a day job are preferred. This is part-time work. ABS will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper use of chemicals and equipment during the initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.
