Peoria, IL 61611, this full-time position offers a compensation range starting at $18.50 per hour. Pay is determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and location, so actual earnings may vary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions.
• Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates, serving as the team’s go-to leader.
• Handle guest concerns with grace, urgency, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand and safety standards.
• Assist wherever needed, from answering phones to updating the reader board or managing VIP arrivals.

Requirements

• Customer Service & Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead teams, manage high-pressure situations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effectively coordinate with guests, staff, and other departments.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Manage shift reports, guest requests, and prevent small issues from escalating.
• Tech Confidence: Proficiency with hotel systems, emails, and reports.
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout shifts.
