Community Concierge Services (CCS) is hiring District Porters in the Raleigh, NC area to collect doorstep trash and recycling from apartment communities. This part-time evening role is ideal for those seeking supplemental income, a second job, or flexible side work with no prior experience required.

What You'll Earn

$150 per day (flat rate per shift)
Company pickup truck provided—no wear and tear on your personal vehicle
W2 employee position (not 1099 contractor)
Direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month
20–35 hours per week average, with up to 5 shifts available
Advancement opportunities—top performers earn additional shifts and promotions

Schedule

Sunday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Sundays start at 6:00 PM)
Friday & Saturday: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (weekend shifts not currently required in this market; every-other-weekend availability needed if added)
Shift length: 5–7 hours per night

Responsibilities

Drive a company-provided pickup truck to assigned apartment communities
Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps
Transport waste to the onsite compactor or dumpster
Keep compactor and trash chute areas broom-swept and clean
Replace dog station bags and common area waste bags
Provide friendly, professional service to residents

Requirements

Valid driver's license with 5+ years of clean driving history (required for company truck eligibility)
Smartphone with active data plan for route management
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
Active bank account for direct deposit
Must be 18+
