Evening Dispatcher

About the role

This position is based in our Chicago Call Center located in Lombard, IL.

Schedule

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, weekends and holidays as assigned.

Pay

$19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between field technicians and customers nationwide.
• Distribute jobs to field technicians and manage their workload across the Eastern U.S.
• Interact with customers to keep them informed of technician arrival status.
• Relay necessary job information to field technicians.
• Resolve customer service issues.

Requirements

• Self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• AS400 knowledge preferred.
