Evening Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Details

• Full-Time Position (40 hours per week)
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Flexibility to work two weekend days as part of your schedule required
• Starting Pay: $20.20 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to $24.20 per hour through shift differentials and overtime
• Bi-weekly pay schedule

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals living in residential group homes, supervised apartments, and supported living programs
• Aid with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication support, personal care, household tasks, and transportation needs
• Encourage individuals to participate in community activities, recreational opportunities, and social experiences that promote independence and inclusion
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals identified through individualized service plans
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that promotes dignity and personal choice
• Complete required electronic documentation, daily notes, and program records accurately and in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure quality services and consistent support
• Follow agency policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with program requirements

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five (5) points
• Demonstrated employment stability preferred, including at least one year with a previous employer
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
