Evening Custodian (Part-Time)
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Custodial Team Member to join our Operations Team. The Operations team is responsible for designing and implementing efficient day-to-day systems and routines that contribute to a joyful school culture and the highest levels of learning, instruction, and organizational stewardship (finance, data, compliance, asset management, facilities, transportation, food, etc.). The primary responsibility of this role is to perform general cleaning duties - including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and restocking all bathrooms, cleaning classrooms, removing trash, and related tasks. By keeping our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming, this role directly contributes to a positive school culture and an environment where students can thrive academically and socially.

- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming condition of the school facilities.
Requirements
- Belief in the Brillante Academy mission, model, and values
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Reliable and available to work the evening shift (4pm - 8pm)
- Takes deep pride and ownership in maintaining the aesthetics of the school campus

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.
Schedule
This is an hourly, part-time position which will report to the Operations Manager. The shift is from 4pm to 8pm.
