About the role
This is an evening part-time position with shift times from 5pm–1am, Sunday–Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers using standard dialogue
- Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
- Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
- Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
- Report damages to on-duty supervisor
- Scan returning vehicles back into system
- Provide computerized receipt to customer
- Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing, and promotions
- Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional communication skills
- Problem resolution experience
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
Schedule
5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday
