Airport Overnight Rental Agent

What You'll Do

• Review rental transactions and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform nightly reconciliation of reports and resolve discrepancies when identified.
• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records and update system information as needed.
• Aid customers with reservations, rental agreements, vehicle returns, and general questions.
• Deliver professional customer service while resolving routine concerns.
• Prepare reports and required documentation for the next business day.
• Communicate important overnight updates to managers and incoming staff.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional rental office.
• Follow established company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, retail, or overnight operations (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to successfully complete a background screening in accordance with applicable laws
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record if operating company vehicles is part of assigned duties

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift
• Occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work overnight schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs
