In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time. Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
- Be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Be 18 years or older
- Perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members
- Be interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
- Be a motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently while also possessing successful team‑building skills
- Perform job duties with a safety‑first mentality in a retail environment
- No prior experience required – training and team support provided
Pay
Competitive wages: $15.15 per hour
Schedule
Regular travel is a primary requirement of the role, with travel up to 50% or more of the time.
