About the role

We are currently hiring experienced retail managers. Starting salary range: $66,000 to $76,000 plus bonus annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of retail associates to ensure customer satisfaction and store operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with store policies.
• Manage store finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in a senior store leadership position.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to exhibit a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful leadership and management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
