Evaluation Manager
About the Role
The Evaluation Manager works collaboratively with staff throughout AltaMed to provide day-to-day oversight, management, and coordination for program-level planning, evaluation, knowledge management, and monitoring for grant-funded programs and other AltaMed initiatives, as assigned. The Manager, Evaluation serves as the day-to-day liaison between the evaluation team and AltaMed staff, bringing in other Evaluation team staff as necessary to complete evaluation activities.
Other responsibilities include development, implementation, and management of a monitoring and evaluation (M&M) infrastructure, working collaboratively with Institute and other AltaMed staff to ensure accurate data is being collected in the correct format and according to schedule, and developing, planning, and delivering evaluation trainings and technical support for AltaMed staff to ensure that evaluation is taking place as planned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in health care, social services, or public health. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of proven evaluation and project management experience in the nonprofit and/or health care sectors.
- Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.
Pay
$68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually
Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
