About the role

Introducing our new position as a Fleet Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of electric vehicle fleets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of charging infrastructure.
• Manage and train staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate electric vehicles into the company's overall strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
