About the role

Urgent role for an EUS Manager supporting IT operations in a large, distributed, or global organization with a focus on compliance and IT security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor device health and identify performance issues using DEX platforms and endpoint analytics.
• Implement proactive remediation for IT endpoint issues.
• Utilize automation and analytics tools such as Power Automate and Power BI.

Requirements

• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience with DEX platforms, endpoint analytics, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience supporting IT operations in a large, distributed, or global organization.
• Background in compliance and IT security initiatives.
