About the role

Eurotune is a European-focused automotive repair shop in Richmond, VA. About 90% of the shop’s work is on European vehicles, including BMW and Mercedes-Benz. The shop services more than 75 vehicles per week in a heated and air-conditioned facility with 8 bays and 7 lifts. Technicians have access to factory-level diagnostic equipment and hands-on technical support from both owners, with potential to advance into a Shop Foreman role.

Pay

$40–$50 per flagged hour (flat rate), with an estimated annual earning potential of $100,000–$120,000. Pay is issued twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Repair BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other European vehicles
• Complete advanced repairs, maintenance, and general service
• Perform vehicle programming, ADAS calibration, and module or component cloning
• Use Topdon and factory-level diagnostic equipment
• Service Asian and Domestic vehicles as needed

Requirements

• Approximately 5 or more years of professional automotive repair experience
• A-Level or strong B-Level technical skills
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, drivability, and mechanical repair skills
• Virginia State Inspection License required
• European vehicle and factory scan-tool experience preferred
