European Auto Technician | $40-$50/Flagged Hr | M-F - 2620

About the role

Located in Richmond, VA. About 90% of the shop’s work is on European vehicles, including BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Eurotune services more than 75 vehicles per week in a heated and air-conditioned shop with 8 bays and 7 lifts. You’ll have factory-level diagnostic equipment and hands-on technical support from both owners. There is also potential to advance into a Shop Foreman role. We’re looking for an A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician who can diagnose complex concerns, handle advanced repairs, and continue building their skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Repair BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other European vehicles
• Complete advanced repairs, maintenance, and general service
• Perform vehicle programming, ADAS calibration, and module or component cloning
• Use Topdon and factory-level diagnostic equipment
• Service Asian and Domestic vehicles as needed

Requirements

• Approximately 5 or more years of professional automotive repair experience
• Virginia State Inspection License required
• Some positions may require a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle record review, background screening, drug or alcohol screening, or other job‑related pre‑employment requirements based on the duties of the position, the client’s lawful requirements, and applicable law.

Skills

• A‑Level or strong B‑Level technical skills
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, drivability, and mechanical repair skills
• European vehicle and factory scan‑tool experience preferred

Pay

• $40–$50 per flagged hour (flat rate)
• Estimated earning potential: approximately $100,000–$120,000 annually
• Pay schedule: twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th
