Etl Developer
About the role
We're seeking a highly motivated Entry Level ETL Developer to join a dynamic data engineering team responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-scale data integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies, large-scale data platforms, automation tools, and cross-functional teams that drive critical business operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reliable data integration pipelines and data movement processes using technologies such as: Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica IDMC / IIC, AWS Transfer Family, AWS Lambda, Python and Perl scripting, SFTP-based integrations, REST/API integrations, Metadata-driven ETL frameworks, and Enterprise data processing pipelines.
- Work with Modern Data Platforms: Support and optimize data pipelines across enterprise data environments, including: Oracle, Snowflake.
- Scheduling & Batch Operations: Assist with enterprise job scheduling and orchestration activities, including job creation and maintenance, dependency management, batch monitoring and validation, troubleshooting failed or delayed processes, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and data validation. Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and production-ready.
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of ETL development experience.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IDMC/IICS.
- Strong Python and/or Perl scripting skills.
- Experience with Oracle and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based data environments.
- Experience working with SFTP and API integrations.
- Knowledge of enterprise scheduling and batch processing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Transfer Family experience.
- Experience supporting production environments.
- Experience with metadata-driven ETL frameworks.
- Exposure to modern cloud-native architectures.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
