About the Role
This is a 6-month remote contract position focused on ETL development and Power BI migration efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL processes for new reporting dashboards in Power BI.
- Migrate reporting dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Requirements
- Informatica (preferably IICS) or other ETL development experience.
- SQL and PostgreSQL-based development.
- Experience with data warehouse and reporting integration.
- Knowledge of automation, validation, and AI-assisted development practices.
Skills
Power BI
- Strong experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power BI Gateway.
- Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), data modeling, Row-Level Security (RLS), performance optimization, and incremental refresh.
Database & SQL
- Advanced SQL development skills.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, database performance tuning, and query optimization.
Expected Deliverables
- Reporting dashboards migrated from Tableau to Power BI.
