ETF Sales + Capital Markets Co-op

Overview The ETF Sales & Trading Co-op is responsible for supporting the ETF Sales & Trading order handling team with their daily workflows, involving quote entry, post-trade processes, and data analysis. The Susquehanna ETF Sales & Trading Desk brings/directs order flow to our ETF traders / market makers and oversees the customer interaction / order handling / order execution. As an ETF Sales & Trading Co-op, utilizing your technical and analytical skills, you will have daily tasks, projects, and responsibilities that directly impact the trading and operations of the desk, all the while gaining exposure to what the desk does and how it interacts / collaborates with our traders, customers, and operations associates. Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Entering ETF quotes (hits and misses) into our quote tracking databaseMonitoring customer based trading activity throughout the dayAnalyzing data to ensure accuracy of informationLeveraging tech skills to improve existing processes and tools What We're Looking For Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and AccessPrior experience with VBA and SQL a plusStrong communication skills (oral and written); ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external vendorsDetail oriented; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentMust be a self-starter, a quick learner, and resourceful in solving problemsPrevious experience in the financial services industry or completion of finance- or investment-related coursework a plusProbability and Statistics background a plusVisa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future What’s In It For You Our non-hierarchical culture allows employees of every level to thrive and make impact.
