Etch Metal Prep Operator

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operation of chemical etch equipment
• In-process measurement of parts using a micrometer or drop gauge
• Resist strip parts
• Transfer of chemicals to and from etch area
• General maintenance of etch equipment and housecleaning of all areas
• Perform etchant change outs
• Assist in other departments as needed
• Metal prep
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC skills
• Able to read blueprints/drawings and extract data to help etch parts (a plus)
• Able to use a precision measuring microscope (a plus)
• Able to multi-task
• Familiar with chemicals (a plus)
• Can do and positive attitude
• Eagerness and willingness to learn
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
