Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale initiatives aimed at developing new products and enhancing the platform.
- Manage the full lifecycle of key programs, including detailed planning, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
- Identify and establish prioritization for cross-functional inter-dependencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to drive project success.
- Communicate progress and risks effectively to executive leadership.
- Utilize data and metrics to create clarity and support decision-making at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing complex migrations and integrations.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion (including HCM, ERP, & EPM Implementation).
- Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
