Estimator - Power Delivery

Key Duties

• Analyzing project plans and specifications to develop detailed estimates across trades such as high and low-voltage electrical, control systems, and structural components.
• Creating conceptual estimates using preliminary designs in collaboration with engineers and project managers.
• Maintaining databases for labor and material costs to ensure accuracy in future estimates.
• Managing subcontractor RFPs by preparing bid packages and evaluating bids for scope and competitiveness.
• Supporting project teams throughout estimating processes and project execution.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of estimating experience in power delivery or construction industries.
• Strong understanding of estimating principles, construction processes, and commercial terms.
• Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office, and related applications.
• Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills for effective teamwork.
