Estimator/PM for Drywall/Plastering Construction Subcontractor

Job Description Details

• Estimating skills required: Metal Stud, Drywall, Stucco and Plaster scope specific.
• Theme Construction estimating experience is a definite plus.
• Work independently on accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Create and maintain project files and folders, and assist in creating estimating software databases, processes, and procedures.
• Experience with On Center Software (Quick Bid), Outlook, MS Excel, Smartsheet, and MS Word is preferred.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• A Bachelor of Science in Building Construction is preferred.
