About the role
We are seeking an Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of estimating experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, or HVAC. Key responsibilities include analyzing project documents, performing take-offs, developing precise cost breakdowns, managing bid schedules, soliciting vendor pricing, ensuring complete and competitive proposals, collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, and maintaining detailed job folders.
What You'll Do

- Bid with confidence by managing schedules, soliciting vendor pricing, and ensuring complete and competitive proposals
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to align scope, budget, and requirements
- Maintain detailed job folders, resource databases, and pricing structures
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, installation methods, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and relevant industry codes
- Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, and vendor coordination
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and time management skills
