Learn more at https://motherplumber.com/ Plumbing Estimator Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely plumbing estimates for commercial, multi-family and residential projectsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and bid documentsPerform detailed quantity takeoffs, labor calculations, and material pricingSolicit, review, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricingCollaborate with project managers, operations, and leadership during pre-constructionParticipate in bid strategy, scope review, and value-engineering discussionsMaintain estimating databases, pricing tools, and historical cost informationSupport handoff from estimating to operations for awarded projects Estimator Qualifications (Required) Proven experience as an Plumbing EstimatorAbility to read and interpret plumbing plans and specificationsProficiency with estimating software and ExcelDetail-oriented, organized, and deadline-drivenStrong communication and teamwork skills Experience estimating medical, office, retail, multi-family or residential projects is highly preferred.
