Estimator or Sr. Estimator - Construction

About the Role

We have an immediate need for an Estimator or Sr. Estimator to join the Design & Construction Team, working with the NYS Office of General Services (OGS) in Hudson Valley, NY. Join our team and contribute to building services and capabilities through the growth of our key asset—our staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff, and contract management on issues and complex matters.
• Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract.
• Review orders on contract for compliance.
• Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or associate’s degree with 2 years of estimating experience, or 3 years’ experience as an estimator.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Estimating experience in all areas of construction preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Pay

Min $85,000 - $120,000
