About the role

Responsible for estimating costs for industrial and infrastructure projects. Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate cost projections.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in pricing
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction cost estimation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices

Skills

  • Cost Estimating Software (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Project Management Tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
