About the role
Responsible for estimating costs for industrial and infrastructure projects. Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate cost projections.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in pricing
- Communicate findings and recommendations to project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction cost estimation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
Skills
- Cost Estimating Software (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Project Management Tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
