Estimator - Heavy Civil Construction

About the role

An established regional contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead bids for heavy civil, municipal, utility, and general construction projects. This is a hands-on position responsible for the full estimating process, including plan and specification review, quantity takeoffs, pricing, subcontractor outreach, bid strategy, and final submission. The ideal candidate understands how projects are built and can develop complete estimates covering both self-performed and subcontracted work. The position offers exposure to a varied project portfolio, including sitework, underground utilities, structural concrete, water and wastewater infrastructure, process mechanical systems, and specialized building scopes.
