Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial/mixed-use construction projects
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Multitask and meet deadlines while working independently with limited supervision

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of estimating experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently with limited supervision
