Job Responsibilities
- Rapidly develops or possess advanced level skills at using DH Pace estimating processes and procedures and utilizing DH Pace estimating software as well as other business software programs.
- Rapidly develops or possesses advanced level knowledge of door and door related products, understanding functionality, special features, usage options as well as pricing variance based on specific job needs.
- Educates sales team on product options and assist customers in product selection to ensure sale and best project outcome.
- Perform effective Quote Request Review, Scope Creation, Material List, and Product Selections to generate accurate Project Cost Estimates and Bids.
- Estimates advanced and complex projects of limited project size, writing all proposals clearly and concisely for review and approval by Manager prior to customer's review.
- Understand vendor relationships and build strong relationships with contacts.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of commercial door work preferred
- Strong attention to detail, and good organizational and mathematical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office desirable
