We specialize in building strong relationships with our clients and customers, focusing on commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial projects. We are expanding our preconstruction department and looking to add multiple Estimators.

Responsibilities

• Project estimation and cost management
• Project bidding and budgeting
• Material take off (MTO) and cost analysis
• Collaborate with industry professionals to deliver high-quality construction solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related role
• Proficiency in construction estimating software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of construction laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Professional certification in construction estimating or cost engineering is a plus

Pay

$90,000 - $115,000 per year
