Estimator - Commercial Construction

About the role

Responsible for providing cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Works closely with project managers and clients to ensure accurate pricing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for new construction projects
• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project budgets are met
• Communicate with clients to discuss project costs and timelines
• Stay updated on industry trends and pricing models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Experience with construction estimating software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
