  • Review and assess subcontractor and supplier proposals to confirm value and compliance with project requirements.
  • Track and report project costs throughout the lifecycle, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
  • Stay current with market pricing, material trends, and industry developments to inform estimates.
  • Ensure all cost-related activities adhere to local codes, regulations, and company standards.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience overseeing end-to-end delivery of major commercial or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • In-depth understanding of construction practices, cost control, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing client expectations and resolving project challenges.
  • Adept at identifying potential risks early and implementing strategic solutions to minimize impact.
  • Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Holds a relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is advantageous.
