Estimator - Commerical Plumbing

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial plumbing and medical gas systems.
• Review drawings, specifications, and addenda.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Develop complete and accurate estimates and bid packages.
• Coordinate scope of work and clarify bid requirements.
• Manage assigned bids from takeoff through estimate completion.
• Maintain confidentiality of bid information.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with various estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience with estimating schematic and conceptual concepts with the ability to complete such designs.
• Experience with plumbing and medical gas code requirements.
• Field experience in plumbing and medical gas.
