Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
• Manage and update cost databases
• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Experience with construction software such as Procore or similar systems
• Understanding of contract law and its application to construction projects

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
