Responsible for estimating project costs and timelines for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting
• Review and analyze project specifications to determine feasibility
• Communicate project costs and timelines to clients and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
